Job Description
The role will be reporting to the Head of Operations, supporting the business through an exciting period of growth and change, and will include
Motivating, directing and inspiring teams to deliver service excellence at all times
Delivery against business targets through effective implementation of capacity planning and resource processes
Budgetary and resource management to ensure profitability of the department
Promoting and nurturing a culture that supports the coaching, training and development of its people
Continually seeking ways to improve processes and efficiency's
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experience Customer Service Manager looking to join an organization who are driven by pride and passion.
This role is a 12 month FTC, attracting a salary from £37,000 to £42,000 along with a number of excellent benefits.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent, proven people management skills. Recent call / contact Centre management experience. Experience supporting change management. Proven analytical ability, used to make decisions and create action plans. Strong stakeholder management ability. The ability to lead, motivate, develop and inspire others to achieve their full potential.
