Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has opened up within a well-established training company for an enthusiastic, experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a friendly, motivated team!

Job Title: Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk
Salary: £23,000-26,000 pro rata
Contract: Permanent, Part Time
Hours: 8.45am - 5.30pm (flex), 3-4 days per week
Location: Watford

The Role:

  • Processing purchase invoices and managing the accounts payable process
  • Use of Sage Line 50
  • VAT returns
  • Dealing with international currencies
  • Supporting with month end and year end tasks
  • Account reconciliation
  • Payroll support

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Use and experience with Sage Line 50 ideal
  • Solid accounts-based experience, with particular focus on Purchase Ledger
  • Great working knowledge of MS packages including Excel and Outlook
  • Good multi-tasker
  • Positive, enthusiastic attitude
