Job Title: Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk
Salary: £23,000-26,000 pro rata
Contract: Permanent, Part Time
Hours: 8.45am - 5.30pm (flex), 3-4 days per week
Location: Watford
The Role:
Processing purchase invoices and managing the accounts payable process
Use of Sage Line 50
VAT returns
Dealing with international currencies
Supporting with month end and year end tasks
Account reconciliation
Payroll support
Skills/Experience Required:
Use and experience with Sage Line 50 ideal
Solid accounts-based experience, with particular focus on Purchase Ledger
Great working knowledge of MS packages including Excel and Outlook
Good multi-tasker
Positive, enthusiastic attitude
