Job Description

This role will require you to provide an excellent level of customer service/account management to existing customers ensuring all administrative procedures are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

Main Duties:

· Dealing with New Product Enquiries/Orders (NPE/NPO)

· Processing all enquiries from the customers via Telephone, e-mail and post in a timely and professional manner.

· inputting onto the computer system all customer orders and schedules in a timely and accurate manner

· Following up on quotations made to customers

· Handling and resolving customer complaints

· Liaison with internal departments to ensure the customer’s needs are met

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· Experience of working in a sales office environment is desirable, however if you have an administrative background which included customer relationship building we would like to hear from you. The successful applicant must be able to work within a team environment and have the ability to work under pressure and to customer and company deadlines · Computing skills (Microsoft excel and word) · Excellent Interpersonal skills and good communication skills at all levels · Professional Telephone Manner
