This role will require you to provide an excellent level of customer service/account management to existing customers ensuring all administrative procedures are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Main Duties:
· Dealing with New Product Enquiries/Orders (NPE/NPO)
· Processing all enquiries from the customers via Telephone, e-mail and post in a timely and professional manner.
· inputting onto the computer system all customer orders and schedules in a timely and accurate manner
· Following up on quotations made to customers
· Handling and resolving customer complaints
· Liaison with internal departments to ensure the customer’s needs are met
