At Skipton Building Society we believe at putting customers at the heart of all we do, and we pride ourselves on providing excellent service to our customers. Occasionally customers contact us if they are unsatisfied with the advice they have received to invest, or the service with which they have been provided, and in these cases it is crucial that we ensure the fair treatment of customers, which is central to the Society’s approach.
As a Financial Advice Customer Relations Consultant you’ll be investigating complaints relating to service and advice provided by Skipton Financial Planning and Advice, and ensuring that these reach a fair conclusion. Not only that, you’ll also be conducting a root cause analysis on cases, to explore where we can make improvements for the benefit of our customers and the Society.
This role is a fantastic opportunity to learn and develop in the financial advice environment by working with a variety of leaders and departments during investigation and building timelines, as well as providing feedback and insights from your work.
