Job Description

What will the role involve?

  • Raising invoices/credit notes as required
  • Taking and processing payments via debit/credit cards
  • Posting cash received onto the ledgers and ensuring correct allocation
  • Sending regular statements
  • Processing purchase ledger invoices
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Credit control
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Filing and maintenance of records
  • Supporting with payroll administration
  • Dealing with general enquiries coming into the office by phone and in person
  • Providing cover for colleagues during periods of absence/high workload

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A background in transactional finance (sales ledger, purchase ledger, bank reconciliations etc) Must have access to a car Ideally experience with Sage
