Job Description

My Client is currently looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to help with their ever-expanding workload. After the initial probation period there will be an opportunity to study with the CIPP.

 

Benefits will include:

  • 20 days holiday a year with an additional day added pro rata leading to a maximum of 25 days a year.
  • Company Pension with a maximum 8% like for like contribution.

Your duties as a Payroll Administrator would be:

  • Monthly and weekly processing of a start to finish high volume payroll
  • Processing SMP – SSP – SPP
  • RTI submissions to HMRC
  • Ongoing opt in/outs of auto enrolment
  • P45s and P46s

 

A good knowledge bank would include:

  • Use of Excel (Sums/Lookups)
  • Understanding of Star system (training will be provided)
  • 12 months experience within a payroll department
