Job Description

 

  • Supporting the marketing manager in organizing various projects
  • Undertaking daily administrative tasks such as gathering information, entry data, files organization.
  • Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success.
  • Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts.
  • Manage and execute video generation and edition.
  • Social media and e-mail planning.
  • Follow and improve marketing funnel.
  • Execute PR activities, influencers and press included.
  • Preparing, formatting, and editing a range of documents.
  • Learning and working with various types of software for design and digital marketing.
  • Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
  • General office duties.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field. Administration or sales and marketing assistant experience. Good understanding of office management and marketing principles Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.) A high level of attention to detail. Ability to work effectively within a team and independently. Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills. Outstanding personality
