Job Description
Key responsibilities:
Managing and maintaining customer service and satisfaction via email, telephone and social media
Preparing, printing, sorting and checking customer orders at regular intervals daily
Communicating and coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure the timely and accurate processing of customer orders
Organising stock deliveries, collections and movements with the warehouse team
working with our customer service team data entry teams effectively both in the office and outsourced partners
Other responsibilities of the role:
Assisting with the creation of new product records, text, data and imagery
Monitoring and maintaining social media platforms and posts
Monitoring and maintaining customer feedback across all channels
Appointed keyholder with occasional out of hours weekend customer care monitoring and communications
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We’re looking for someone with these things: Accuracy and attention to detail Fluent in all Office based programmes particularly Excel and google docs Excellent written and verbal communication skill Able to work under pressure and focus in a fast-paced environment Common Sense, problem solving and the ability to think on your feet is a must Team player with a good sense of humour And these skills/experience would also be beneficial: Experience of sales and/or marketing Creative flair Basic knowledge of social media platforms in business Basic knowledge of ecommerce selling platforms
