Production and management of Tender folder
Be able to read drawings and technical documents
Monitoring the stages of a project to make sure costs are kept in line with forecasts
Any other tasks as deemed required by the Company.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We would expect a qualified construction professional (BEng, BSc or HND) or someone with experience in an estimating or construction related role. To be a good estimator you need to have good attention to detail, the ability to analyse complex information under time pressures and be able to communicate effectively.
