Ensure suppliers are dealt with professionally and effectively to promote a positive, collaborative, impression.
Manage the schedule and accurate record the supplier review meetings, across a small Supply Chain team.
Understand the requirements of supplier reviews.
Ensure systems are up to date and distribute information where necessary.
Oversee any supplier queries or escalations, co-ordinating through to completion or escalating to line management if required.
Fully understand the supplier KPI dashboard to help suppliers maximise account optimisation.
Ensure supplier appraisal records are complete, concise and accurate.
Carry-out smaller supplier review meetings on site, and improve customer service levels.

Competent computer skills, including sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Programmes (e.g. Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook, etc.) Previous experience in composing emails to customers and suppliers.
