Job Description

Purpose of Job:

Our Returns administrator is responsible for receiving and processing customer returns, reporting into the Warehouse Manager and working closely with the customer service teams.

Hours of Work:

General Working hours are 8.30 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am to 4.00pm Friday.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Processing corrections on returns, review and issue of re-work instructions, corporate order management, orders in error corrections and escalations, track sample requests and other administrative tasks as outlined in the departmental SOPs
  • Liaise internally and externally to ensure stock for return to supplier is managed effectively
  • Liaising with client key contact on a daily basis in an articulate and efficient manner
  • Work with the customer services team and support in client inbox queries and returned items
  • Liaising with the warehouse to investigate any back to stock returns.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experienced working in a fast pace warehouse and returns department A keen eye for detail and a results driven approach Sage 200 ERP experience preferable Hard working and dedicated Organised and efficient
