Job Description
Purpose of Job:
Our Returns administrator is responsible for receiving and processing customer returns, reporting into the Warehouse Manager and working closely with the customer service teams.
Hours of Work:
General Working hours are 8.30 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am to 4.00pm Friday.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Processing corrections on returns, review and issue of re-work instructions, corporate order management, orders in error corrections and escalations, track sample requests and other administrative tasks as outlined in the departmental SOPs
Liaise internally and externally to ensure stock for return to supplier is managed effectively
Liaising with client key contact on a daily basis in an articulate and efficient manner
Work with the customer services team and support in client inbox queries and returned items
Liaising with the warehouse to investigate any back to stock returns.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experienced working in a fast pace warehouse and returns department A keen eye for detail and a results driven approach Sage 200 ERP experience preferable Hard working and dedicated Organised and efficient
