WHAT YOU WILL DO
Ensure that the highest level of reception service is delivered consistently to students, staff, stakeholders and external visitors, exceeding their expectations
To cover reception at the main campuses including sickness and holiday cover
To ensure you attend regularly training on the front of house systems
To ensure a consistent excellent reception service at designated campus; issuing and checking ID badges, answering telephone calls and any other administration duties required
To ensure that you work with the campus team to provide an excellent level of customer service that represents the company brand
Help create an environment that allows yourself and colleagues to achieve job fulfilment
Ensure all visitors are signed into the college and safeguarding procedures are followed
To ensure that you play an active part of the campus health and safety & emergency response procedures, administering first aid and fire marshalling duties where needed
To be flexible around shift patterns in line with business needs including some evenings and weekends
