A leading construction contractor is looking for a Cost Planner to prepare and agree project target costs for a high-profile existing client framework.
– Produce appropriately detailed cost estimates for framework projects
– Use existing supply chain and tender information to build up a target cost
– Obtain bid quotes from new subcontractors and suppliers where necessary
– Maintain estimating databases
– Assist operational teams with the mobilisation of successful bids Project / Category Details
Ongoing new build and refurbishment construction projects for a high profile client framework.
Projects range from £500k to £30m across the southern framework. Candidate Requirements
