Job Description

Key responsibilities of the role:
Attend all project meetings (handover, pre-construction, progress, on site)

Manage CDP and design consultants

Read MEP specification, drawings, exclusion/allowances

Rewview technical submission and RFIs

Review sub-contractor package or product quotes

Work with buyers for right product selection

Provide design support to estimating department

Prepare technical schedule (where applicable)

Manage design delivery dates inline with construction program

Review BMS des-op and controls selection

Review commissioning methodology with infrastructure manager

Undertake commissioning management (where applicable)

Manage O&M document with DC
