The successful candidate will be involved in various accounting/administration tasks including:
Processing numerous financial transactions
Posting payments/receipts and transfers in a timely and accurate manner
Setting up Cheques, BACS and TT payments
Allocating funds received into the bank Account
Use of online banking for electronic payments
Ensuring that all client account payments are compliant with company policy
Dealing with fee earner queries and helping to resolve issues
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience in an accounts position Confident Excellent telephone manner Good attention to detail To work as a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work on your initiative Strong administration skills
