Job Description

Responsible for administration duties of the department reporting to Customer Service Team Leader. Communicating with customers and other departments to ensure the smooth running of the operation. (You may be required to work additional hours to meet the needs of the entire operation.)

Your responsibilities:

  • Processing of collection requests and making the relevant bookings associated with our clients brands.
  • Providing our customers with collection information and keeping them updated with daily collection and delivery information, this is achieved by liaising with our internal traffic department.
  • Log customer queries, investigate queries thoroughly ensuring these are resolved in a timely manner.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal. Good PC skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook. Well Organized with the ability to work in a fast past environment, multi tasking whilst paying close attention to detail and not compromising on quality. Customer Service orientated. Flexible attitude.
