You will demonstrate a high level of experience and proven ability to deliver a Total Facilities Management services to a substantial centrally managed Corporate Estate for a major organisation across a diverse and complex range of operational and non-operational properties.
A thorough working knowledge of current Health & Safety policy and legislation, together with a working knowledge of standard forms of contract and forms of procurement for FM and maintenance projects is essential.
You will hold a Facilities Management qualification with suitable experience relevant to the role. You will need to have good communication skills with aptitude to be flexible and adapt priorities in line with changing circumstances and need.
