Bookkeeping duties including purchase and sales ledger processing and journal posting
Preparing VAT returns
Assisting with self assessment tax returns
Liaising with clients and resolving queries
Working closely with qualified accountants to assist with high value client accounts
Working to strict deadlines
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
1 to 2 years experience within a Practice bookkeeping/accounts role Strong communication skills Knowledge of double entry bookkeeping is desirable Knowledge of financial IT systems
