Job Description

• Completing customer handovers ensuring a 100% Customer Delight experience;
• Ensuring dealership marketing photos and videos are completed within a maximum of 4 days. This is for all vehicles that are offered for sale.
• Excellent organizational skills especially when maintaining all paperwork using a variety of systems including Motordocs.
• Ensuring Customers are offered all additional enhancements and protections such as Service Plans, Paint and Fabric Protection, Manufacture Accessories and other items as agreed.
• Being committed to expanding product knowledge through a variety of training channels
• Compliant with all Sales Department procedures.
