Duties and Responsibilities

Here are some of the key tasks you'll be involved with:

  • Monitor submissions via Helpscout/Facebook Messenger/LiveChat and promptly assist, solve, or support our students and make them incredibly happy.
  • Assist potential new students wanting to join our courses with their queries and make them feel at home.
  • Monitor and engage with our students on social media platforms and act as their cheerleader to keep them going strong!

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
1 to 3 years of relevant customer service experience (preferably in a virtual environment). Impeccable grammar (written and verbal) – our standards are sky high. Excellent Time Management skills – ability to manage tasks effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills – ability to think quickly and critically. Flexibility – we move FAST. Things change, we adapt, we propel ourselves forward. Organized – we all wear many hats. Coachable – must be able to take direction. Collaborative – must work well within a virtual team.
