Job Description
You will proactively manage team members as they provide services in a range of buildings under your portfolio, actively seeking opportunities to improve onsite work experience and deploy new initiatives. You will be measuring feedback from employees and business units and be responsible for stakeholder communications across your sites.
You will be liaising onsite with the facility management and project management teams to ensure seamless coordination between workplace functions. You will manage soft service vendors to guarantee a high level of service and conduct regular performance meetings in line with client’s and Mace’s reporting requirements.
- Elevating the employee and visitor experience and bring to life frictionless and productive workdays.
- Managing all WX/SS building communications and stakeholder engagement.
- Interfacing with key client functions outside of the Property team such as HR, D&I, wellbeing, IT, compliance, project teams, mobilisation teams to elevate and promote the property function.
- Maintaining strong presence in front of stakeholders to address all their concerns and issues in timely fashion.
- Delivering soft services reports in line with the MSA deliverables.
- Running customer experience plans and best practice across the GRH/reception services.
- Collating and sharing performance data (i.e. KPIs) for Workplace Experience
- Analyse and validate Mace and Supply Partner’s monthly/quarterly/annual services delivery report for soft services
- Implementing periodic reviews for their direct reports.
- Owning soft services processes to identify poor performance or compliance gaps and track action plans to close gaps.
- Understanding bank policies, standards etc. for Mace and SP where required.
- Ensuring alignment with Mace strategy.
- Ensuring all material risks are identified on a risk register, assessed, mitigated, monitored and reported.
- Ensuring applicable external laws and regulations and internal policies, procedures, limits and other risk control requirements are implemented and complied with.
- Proposing control enhancements to ensure that any known risks are controlled within acceptable boundaries and to consistent standards.
- Aligning business (or functional) strategy with risk appetite and seek to optimise the risk-return profile of the business.
- Setting the right tone for the risk management culture of the team in internal communications and performance objectives.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You are knowledgeable and experienced in minimising and mitigating Mace and the bank’s exposure to property, procurement and facilities management related risks. Commercial awareness, understands commercial implications of service decisions. You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships. You will have a construction or project management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace have to offer.
