Job Description
Our service offer is extensive from single workstream advice to full multi-service provision. Our working boundaries are the south-east of England, although we also provide in-depth support to the regions.
Due to a sustained period of growth, we are recruiting for a PMO Manager to focus on the project interface with project leaders, project managers, project teams, and interface issues on this iconic, historic building.
- Overseeing the PMO process implementation and ensure that information concerning content (e.g., deliverables, risks, issues) passes to and from sponsors.
- Being involved in improving the consistency, predictability and efficiency of the programmes project delivery capability.
- Providing leadership in best practices and is highly customer-focused - outward and upward and that these are consistent with customer expectations.
- Ensuring that the operational issues of the PMO are managed.
- Providing the programme with programme level controls and processes.
- Ensuring delivery, assurance and integration of programme controls including planning/scheduling, risk, cost and budget.
- Providing programme reporting.
- Managing information and programme change.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You have a degree qualification or equivalent and a member of a professional body. You will have experience in project controls, working on large public sector projects or programmes within a consultancy background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
