Connecting with your customers from initial online enquiry, through to appointment and have a drive to understand their needs
Using your specialist skills to recommend products that meet customer requirements supporting them through the sales process
Naturally building rapport, listening and genuinely have a passion for delighting your customers and guiding them through the car buying journey
Drive high standards, supporting in creating a friendly and enjoyable environment that also meets the highest levels of brand standards
Working to monthly targets, driving your own performance to achieve a high level of standards for yourself, the team and your customers

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience in a customer focused, sales/target driven position, selling products and services is favorable. A natural people person, passionate about making your customers happy and a focus, drive and determination to succeed in a target driven environment. Confidence in using multiple computer systems, and experience using systems correctly to drive best practice process. Pro-activity and self-discipline to consistently achieve and deliver exceptional levels of customer service at all times.
