Job Description

Rotations around the busy Customer Services function

You’ll be nurtured as part of the Hermes Emerging Talent Development programme with a business mentor provided to support you on your journey with us

You will be based in our Head Office in Morley, however there will be a requirement to travel nationally on occasion
Working within our Customer Services teams you’ll get to experience every part of our customer journey, working with our major clients as well as the end customer. You’ll get to rotate around our Leeds based call Centre operations, our customer experience teams who are based around the UK and work on live customer experience projects to make our service even better.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline. Great communication skills and the ability to lead, influence and build strong working relationships with a diverse team of people. Positive attitude, resilient, determined and a great listener and communicator. To enjoy working in a challenging, fast-paced environment. Be analytical and good with numbers with plenty of common sense. A full UK driving license as some travel may be required in this role between Hermes and client sites. The ability to solve problems and keep your finger on the pulse of what’s happening across our business.
