We are actively seeking an Accounts Assistant for a dynamic and forward-thinking employer on the outskirts of Chester to join their accounts department which is solely down to expansion.Working within a small accounts team, you will be the responsible for the management of both Purchase and Sales ledger, managing and owning customer and supplier accounts, bank reconciliations, processing staff expenses, preparation of payment runs as well as all month end duties.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We are looking for an individual has experience of an all-round accounts role, preferably within a smaller business where the exposure to all parts of the process are there. If you are AAT qualified, this would be a benefit however not essential as the experience is the most important thing. Advanced Excel skills are a must for the successful candidate
