Job Description

Duties of a Payroll Administrator:

  • Verifying employees timekeeping records
  • Resolving payroll discrepancies
  • Maintaining and uploading employee data
  • Record data in to payroll software
  • General administration duties

As a Payroll Administrator you will be required to have:

  • Proven work experience in an payroll administrative role or equivalent
  • Computer literate (MS office applications, in particular MS Excel)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent excel skills
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Good level of education (A-C GCSE in Maths)
