Job Description

Reporting into the Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring that the cleanliness of the guest rooms and public areas are of the highest standard at all times, to clean and prepare guest rooms and public areas to consistently meet both hotel and Mercure standards and to maintain stock levels on your service trolley. The successful applicant for this role will deliver excellent customer service, have a positive ‘can do’ attitude, be willing to learn and show that they care.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

It is essential that you have great communication and organizational skills, along with a professional and friendly approach. Previous hotel room attendant experience is preferred, but not essential, however previous commercial cleaning experience demonstrated within your CV is essential.
