Job Description

A modern company that provided online training are looking to expand their team with a bookkeeper. You should not be afraid to use technology as this will be part of your daily routine from computer work, Sage, and a large involvement on Zoom.

Your role:

  • Pro-forma and Purchase Orders: Raise Pro-forma as required, ensuring PO are provided and matched to activity for invoicing.
  • Invoicing: Producing and sending invoices. Communicating and liaising with customers and suppliers.
  • Credit control: Identifying unpaid invoices. Communicating and resolving matters with customers.
  • Refunds: Identifying re-fundable activities. Communicating and liaising with customers and suppliers.
  • Sage 50 Accounts Software: Administer financial transactions and entering financial transactions into Sage.
  • Oversee general office expenses e.g. stationery supplies etc.
  • In addition to the above, any other reasonable activity necessary to ensuring the smooth running of the Company.
