A modern company that provided online training are looking to expand their team with a bookkeeper. You should not be afraid to use technology as this will be part of your daily routine from computer work, Sage, and a large involvement on Zoom.
Your role:
Pro-forma and Purchase Orders: Raise Pro-forma as required, ensuring PO are provided and matched to activity for invoicing.
Invoicing: Producing and sending invoices. Communicating and liaising with customers and suppliers.
Credit control: Identifying unpaid invoices. Communicating and resolving matters with customers.
Refunds: Identifying re-fundable activities. Communicating and liaising with customers and suppliers.
Sage 50 Accounts Software: Administer financial transactions and entering financial transactions into Sage.
Oversee general office expenses e.g. stationery supplies etc.
In addition to the above, any other reasonable activity necessary to ensuring the smooth running of the Company.
