Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Taxation Accountant to join out tax team. Reporting to the EAMEA Tax Director, the position holder will assist in the UK tax compliance cycle including prepare the UK corporation tax return review the analysis/support prepared by Assistant Tax Accountant analyzing & collating intra-group transfer pricing documentation.

Key responsibilities will include:

• To liaise/ attend meetings with the UK tax Authorities on various tax issues/aspects
• Assist with the Group reporting on a quarterly basis, by preparing tax calculations and maintaining accurate tax ledgers
• Review and sign-off the UK & Overseas monthly VAT returns
• Prepare and file the annual P11d & PSA employee tax returns
• Assist UK Group with personnel tax queries
• Liaise with overseas tax advisors and manage overseas audits
• Assist the Global tax team with special planning projects by performing tax research and presenting the findings in a summary format
• Establishing and maintaining overseas branch tax affairs
• Support management in information gathering and analysis

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Qualified ACCA accountant or equivalent. Extensive tax knowledge/experience gained from working in an International company. Good understanding of the latest accounting/tax developments including International Accounting standards (IFRS) and Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS).
