The role involves the preparation of company reports in accordance with company timescales, policies and procedures, whilst ensuring financial controls are complied with. You will also assist with the preparation of divisional management accounts, accounting for accruals, rebates and ad hoc analysis and reporting.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assisting with asset management recording and reporting
Run, analyze and distribute daily/weekly reports in a timely and accurate manner
Assisting with the month end process
Communication with local and international colleagues at all organizational levels
Implementation, and development of the Group Financial Reporting and Data Visualization tool
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience of working in a finance function. Experience of working in oil services desirable but not essential. Excellent communication skills both written and oral. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Intermediate to Advanced Excel. Experience using data visualization software desirable but not essential. Degree or HNC/HND level Finance
