We haven't stood still this year event though a little pandemic tried to set our ship off course, instead we have taken the opportunity to look at everything we need to achieve to make company even more amazing.

With our new CFO joining us in October this year, straight away he has recognised the need to bring in some additional talent to the super talented finance team and we are now looking for a Systems Accountant to join us on a fixed term contract basis

Jump aboard and become an integral crew member of the Good Ship company, and straight away you will take on responsibility for delivering a range of critical finance systems projects.

You'll be the kind of person who wants to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in, whilst effectively keeping a strategic overview of everything that's going on! You'll work diligently and keep your cool in a fast-paced, high pressure environment, and feel comfortable communicating with people at all levels of the business.
You'll be adaptable in an ever-changing environment, and will be able to own change in a steady, managed way. You'll be a master networker, self-starter and understand the importance of building great relationships right across the business and with external suppliers.

As a natural collaborator, you'll leverage those relationships to ensure that everyone gets the right outcomes, every time. Your problem solving capabilities will be razor sharp and you'll get a real thrill from taking the most ambitious plans and working them into clear, achievable chunks for the team.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Experienced in SAP (principally Business One) is essential. Experienced in a range of automation initiatives to drive best in class reporting and systems, including dashboards, interfaces. Experienced in systems and process documentation / manuals – it's important that everything gets documented. A demonstrated track record of understanding and applying continuous improvement principles and practices – Lean Manufacturing, TPM or Six Sigma ideally. The very sharpest attention to detail and keen organizational skills. Highly motivated, self-starting, with an enthusiasm for smashing deadlines consistently. Passion for great craft beer.
