Key Responsibilities

Your time will be a spent across our primary office location in Loughton with a requirement to spend time working on the sites along with the flexibility of working from home. Projects range in value from £5m to £10m and predominantly cover cladding replacement to existing occupied buildings on a construct only or design and build basis.

As an integral member of the Capital Projects workstream, you’ll be responsible for multiple projects including cost control, maximising value, minimising future liabilities, project VCR/ELF reporting and maintaining the required standard of quality and safety. In this exciting role, you will provide commercial expertise, whilst carrying out the production and submission of valuations, claims, budget monitoring, monthly reporting and workstream performance data. Your involvement on a project will start during the pre-construction stage and continue through to completion on site and the closure of the defects period and final accounts.

Can you do it? Yes, you can - if you have a degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying, excellent organisation skills, proven time management, commercial focus and drive – ideally alongside some Quantity Surveying experience with Construction works and Housing Maintenance.
