Job Description

JOB TITLE: HR and Payroll Administrator

LOCATION: Hemel Hempstead

HOURS: Monday - Friday 9-5.30pm

BENEFITS: 33 days holiday, Parking on-site, Pension, Healthcare, Life Assurance

We're teaming up with the HR Manager to recruit a HR and Payroll administrator to cover a maternity contract for the next 12 months.

The day to day duties in your new job would be:

  • End to end payroll process for over 100 staff members
  • Payroll queries
  • Assist with recruitment and selection
  • Assist with staff inductions and staff leaver process
  • Resolve employee queries
  • Manage HR inbox and HR system

We'd love to speak to candidates with:

  • Experience running a monthly payroll
  • Able to be confidential and professional
  • High attention to detail
  • Driver with full UK driving license
