Job Description
This role will involve:
Providing concise comprehensive and effective administrative support to the Finance function of the business.
Ensuring invoices are correctly authorised by the relevant managers.
Administering and processing company credit card claims and employee expenses.
Understanding and resolving supplier queries whether price or quantity issues.
Ensuring supplies are paid on time
Reporting and recording accurate data
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong IT skills with advanced/intermediate Excel skills Previous experience of using SAP would be beneficial but not essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Accuracy and attention to detail. Great communication skills at all levels
