As an Accounts Assistant you be responsible for providing key support and knowledge to the accounts function within the team and have a proven track record of working within this environment, you will be experienced in book keeping and dealing with the general day to day aspects of property accounts
Daily Duties
* Book-keeping across multi companies - Quickbooks Pro experience desired
* Maintaining customer and tenant ledgers
* Maintaining supplier ledgers
* Credit control duties, chasing new and aged debtors
* Bank reconciliations
* Paying suppliers and taxes
* Raising invoices to landlords/tenants
* Paying landlords and calculating rent due
* Annual schedule 23 return - providing HMRC with landlord information
* Assist with general lettings enquiries and providing full administration support
