Job Description
  • Managing up to 20 live orders at all stages
  • Compiling reports in Google Sheets
  • Answering inbound user calls, emails & live messages
  • Building long-standing relationships with supply-side users (construction contractors & consultants)
  • Supporting users & ensure expectations are managed
  • Collaborating with the sales team on order progress
  • Lots of opportunities to dive into other parts commercial team: sales, onboarding and marketing

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Graduated with at least a 2:1 from a top university • Some relevant work experience • Proven to be systematic & efficient • Experience working on detailed tasks • Good organisational skills & the ability to prioritise tasks • Excellent written & verbal communication skills • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment where different hats are worn on any given day
