Job Description

Our client is currently recruiting for a motivated, commercial and detail oriented Payroll Administrator to be based in Hammersmith, London. You will sit within the payroll department and assist in delivering an effective payroll service to the business.

Key Responsibilities

As a Payroll Administrator, you will provide accurate and timely payroll ensuring that deadlines are met for all payroll related activities. You will have responsibility for:

  • Dealing with internal and external queries
  • Processing end-to-end payroll
  • Ensuring that all documentation is received in a timely manner
  • Preparing monthly payroll using payroll software packages
  • Processing of statutory documentation
  • Processing starters and leavers
  • Calculating and deducting all statutory requirements

  • Knowledge of various payroll systems

Experience:

  • Payroll Administration: 1 year (Required)

Education:

  • GCSE or equivalent (Preferred)
