Job Description
  • To Produce Monthly management reports
  • Monthly account reconciliations
  • Daily account reconciliations of Bank accounts
  • Annual budget preparation
  • Internal and external Audit reviews annually
  • External reporting to regulatory bodies
  • External Customer and Supplier communications, solving issues
  • Supplier reconciliations and payments
  • Customer payment reconciliations
  • Ad hoc tasks as directed by Finance Director
  • To perform routine duties in accordance with accounting standards

Senior Accounts Assistant Requirements:

  • AAT Qualification
  • Travel Experience (Beneficial)
  • Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
  • Extensive experience with data entry, record keeping and computer operation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and QuickBooks
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Able to multitask including the ability to manage a busy mailbox
  • Work well in a team
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Supervisory skills

Senior Accounts Assistant Benefits:

  • Starting salary of £27,500 rising to £30,000 per annum after successful probationary period.
