Job Description
- To Produce Monthly management reports
- Monthly account reconciliations
- Daily account reconciliations of Bank accounts
- Annual budget preparation
- Internal and external Audit reviews annually
- External reporting to regulatory bodies
- External Customer and Supplier communications, solving issues
- Supplier reconciliations and payments
- Customer payment reconciliations
- Ad hoc tasks as directed by Finance Director
- To perform routine duties in accordance with accounting standards
Senior Accounts Assistant Requirements:
- AAT Qualification
- Travel Experience (Beneficial)
- Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
- Extensive experience with data entry, record keeping and computer operation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and QuickBooks
- Able to work under pressure
- Good verbal and written communication
- Able to multitask including the ability to manage a busy mailbox
- Work well in a team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Supervisory skills
Senior Accounts Assistant Benefits:
- Starting salary of £27,500 rising to £30,000 per annum after successful probationary period.
