The Role

Our HR & Payroll Administrator will provide proactive administrative support across all aspects of People Ops & Payroll, working with our small, closely-knit team. Your day to day responsibilities will include employee lifecycle administration such as producing contracts and change letters, payroll administration support and helping the team make sure our files and systems are up to date at all times. You will be a key point of contact in the team for general HR and payroll queries. In this role, we want someone who is highly organised and looking to pursue a career in HR.

Responsibilities:

  • You will manage the HR administration for our global team including creating contracts, change letters and responding to reference requests.
  • Keep our global People data up to date and accurate at all times; including starter, mover & leaver information on our HR and other systems and Employee Files.
  • Assist the team with responding to queries in the shared People inbox.
  • Assist with our global payroll administration and processing making sure that all payroll information is accurate and processed in time for payroll deadlines.
  • Support the team with scheduling any people related initiatives including Seller Lunches & induction sessions.
  • Support the People Ops Lead with other projects as needed.

  • You have great attention to detail, are conscientious about your work and are committed to getting the job done.
  • You have a mature approach combined with courtesy and integrity, and maintain discretion at all times even in a young and friendly environment.
