Job Description

Your new role
You will be working across various industry sectors including farming, retail, services, food and hospitality and our passion is to provide excellence in customer service in a digital environment. You will be responsible for a dedicated portfolio of clients, will ensure clients receive a consistent and excellent service and work is planned effectively and completed on time and on budget. Communicating with portfolio of clients throughout year, in particular during the accounts preparation, which includes the timetable, information required, progress and queries is key. You will be responsible for all aspects of accounts preparation and some preparation of tax computations.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will have experience of working in a public practice and, as first point of contact for many clients, you must be an excellent communicator and passionate about delivering excellent customer service. You should have a commercial approach to your work and must demonstrate interest in the rapid advancement in bookkeeping technology and automation. You should be educated to Accounting Technician level (or equivalent) and hold appropriate qualifications in Maths and English. Working towards an ACCA qualification (or equivalent) or being ACCA qualified would be beneficial. You will also have excellent software experience with good cloud accounting knowledge.
