Job Description
  • Supporting the marketing manager in organizing various projects
  • Undertaking daily administrative tasks such as gathering information, entry data, files organization.
  • Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success.
  • Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts.
  • Manage and execute video generation and edition.
  • Social media and e-mail planning.
  • Follow and improve marketing funnel.
  • Execute PR activities, influencers and press included.
  • Preparing, formatting, and editing a range of documents.
  • Learning and working with various types of software for design and digital marketing.
  • Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
  • General office duties.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field. • Administration or sales and marketing assistant experience. • Good understanding of office management and marketing principles • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.) • A high level of attention to detail. • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently. • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills. • Outstanding personality
