Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Specialists and Transaction Advisory, this role will provide support to our clients for more senior, Financial Controller level projects.

Responsibilities

• Providing project-based finance support to add value to our clients
• Utilizing your experience of practice and industry to assist clients to improve efficiency or adopt best practice
• Building relationships with the wider Company Mearns team to support your own skills development
• Building relationships with external clients to become a trusted finance business partner

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

To be successful you will be a practice qualified accountant with circa five years PQE. This will include exceptional Excel skills and a strong technical ability. You will have demonstrated your ability to add value in a financial controller role or be ready to develop at that level. You will be a motivated and driven individual with exceptional communication skills and the ability to foster effective working relationships.
