Job Description

Here is what a typical day will look like:

  • Purchase Ledger - Inputting Invoices, payments, reconciling statements, Reviewing regularly.
  • Sales Ledger - Raising Customer Invoices, posting receipts and reconciliations with Finance and card Statements.
  • Customer Card Refunds
  • Activating Customer Finance applications
  • Dealing with Purchase ledger, sales ledger & Engineer Account Queries
  • Credit cards - Posting receipts and reconciling.
  • Assistance with other tasks when needed
