About The Role

Thisis an opportunity to join the People Team at the company where you will playa role in supporting and delivering the key priorities that form our PeopleStrategy. As our HR Administrator you will be responsible for the smoothfunctioning of our processes and procedures, and you will have an opportunityto gain exposure to all areas of HR and the employee lifecycle. Were lookingfor someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, organized and resilient a truepeople-person who is not afraid to roll-up their sleeves and get involved!

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the payroll process and benefit administration/enrolment process including pension planning and private health insurance across geographies
  • Manage the global annual pay review process and prepare communication and guidelines to support the process
  • Support the HR team to include the company structure and corresponding salary banding
  • Participate in external labour market salary benchmarking exercises to determine overall paygrades and benefits
  • Monitor and interpret new regulations, statutes, and legislative developments which affectcompensation and benefit plans and recommend policy changes as appropriate to ensure compliance
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System, setting up new starters and processing leavers and keeping the HR Information System up to date with all staff records, information and correct documentation.
  • Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts andrecruitment guides
  • Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance
  • To handle maternity,paternity, adoption, shared parental leave and parental leave administration processes and ensure that associated payroll processes are completed
  • To support the implementation of HR systems or databases; to enter data and maintain these accordingly
  • To provide administrative and travel support to the Group People Director
  • To provide general administration support to the HR department as required including filing,telephone answering, scanning, photocopying and emails.

We need someone who can multi-task, is happy to take control, be accountable andwho wants to work in an exciting and dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be excited to learn and grow within a disruptive market. You will have prior experience in HR practices and knowledge in the administration of UKShares Scheme, Equity and Options alongside previous experience of managing and maintaining HR programmes and administering payroll.

Utilising your excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, you will be a bright,bubbly and trustworthy individual with high attention to detail. We need someone who can work appropriately with confidential and sensitive informationwith strong ability to work independently aswell as part of a collaborative,friendly team!
