Job Description

With a direct report line to the Managing Director, it will be your responsibility to ensure all reporting and compliance activities within the individual’s area of control are completed in an accurate and timely manner. This involves the completion in line with deadlines of management accounts, statutory accounts and other internal reporting, and ensuring that the audit process is managed appropriately.

• Origination and execution assistance to deal lead.
• Portfolio reporting.
• Board meeting observer.
• Board quarterly reporting.
• Deal, strategic value and budget KPI reporting.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You will be newly qualified or up to 2 years PQE ICAS / ICAEW / ACCA or equivalent and have up to 3 years accounting experience to ideally include experience of statutory accounts preparation / completion. You will also be an advanced user of Excel and an understanding of deal structures and financial instruments (equity, convertible loans, warrants) would be highly advantageous but not essential.
