Job Description

I currently have a great opportunity for a construction manager to work with a leading main contactor within the commercial sector.
The project is located in Central London and is well underway- the scope of works encompass a light refurbishment to an existing workspace. Reporting directly to the Poject manager, you will have control of the sub-contractors, set the standards in terms of health & safety, logistics, and general planning & programming.
This role is a contract vacancy with the rate ranging from 240 - 260 per day.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Experience as a construction manager working on Central London fast track commercial fit outs A construction degree or trade qualification is preferred Coordinating multiple contractors works to achieve programme Coordinating and driving design issue responses An ability to implement and uphold health and safety strategies and awareness SMSTS & CSCS cards required Regular liaising with the client side team
