Job Description

Do you have a min of 2 years of end to end payroll and bookkeeping experience?

If that's you, Our client is looking for an experienced Payroll and Accounts professional to work within our busy and freiendly employment agency business.

In this role you will be expected to manage local weekly temp payroll and invoicing for up to circa 100 temporary workers a week as well as provide credit control, bank reconciliation and some basic accounting support to our friendly and supportive central accounts team.

Key duties include but are not limited to:

  • ‘End to End’ payroll administration & weekly reporting
  • Compile and validate time and attendance (weekly time-sheets) prior to running payroll
  • Processing new starters and leavers
  • Pension and HMRC reporting
  • Weekly Invoicing / Billing
  • Credit Control
  • Weekly bank reconciliation
  • Maintenance of relevant weekly, monthly, quarterly reports
  • Petty Cash management
  • Local accounts payable management

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Proficient with XERO
  • Hold CIPP membership
