The ideal candidate must have accounts experience, preferably using SAGE.
Ideal Hours of work: Monday - Friday 9am to 2/3pm.
The purpose of the role is to respond to client enquiries and carry out accounts activities on SAGE.
Main duties:
Take turn of answering phones
Opening/Distributing Mail
Loading purchase invoices onto Sage
Credit Card Reconciliations
Bank Reconciliation
Cash Allocation
Chasing Debt
Order Processing
Liaise with customers
General Office admin duties
