Job Description
  • Work with customers to build a comprehensive understanding of their requirements and business challenges
  • Run workshops to analyze and design solutions for any application, and handle gaps detected during prototyping
  • Input into and support the implementation of the Dynamics 365 BC functional strategy
  • Work with customers to understand and define their business process and to configure the Dynamics 365 BC solution accordingly
  • Assist customers with configuration tasks, data migration and end-to-end testing
  • Provide end-user training courses and ad-hoc coaching
  • Participate in go-live stages of projects
  • Ensure projects remain on track through daily communications with the customer and/or project manager
  • Design and test customizations to the Dynamics 365 BC system, and work with the customer through acceptance of these
  • Participate in sales and marketing activities to promote Incremental Group and our Dynamics 365 BC capability.

About you

You will have excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills as well as the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team, delivering a wide range of services to our customers.

You will demonstrate a robust understanding of finance and accounting or operations.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Finance applicants will have experience of working within a financial team and have a deep knowledge of: Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, VAT, Credit management and control, Banking, Cash Management, Fixed Assets; Stock and inventory, Data Migration, Human Resources module, Management Accounts, Financial Reporting. Operations applicants will demonstrate a robust understanding of operations with experience of working within a supply chain management team and have a deep knowledge of: Service Order Management, Manufacturing, Purchase Ledger, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources module, Stock and Inventory, Warehouse management, Project Management module, Data Migration, Reporting. We are a Microsoft gold partner with extensive experience and expertise in successfully implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics.
