Job Description

Our client is scaling up its operations and seeks applications from experienced Payroll Professionals with 2 years + experience, to join our already successful Nursing Agency Team.

About the role:

In this role you will be expected to manage local weekly temp payroll for up to circa 100 temporary workers a week as well as provide some basic accounting support to our friendly and supportive central accounts team.

Key duties include but are not limited to:

  • ‘End to End’ payroll administration & weekly reporting including
  • Compile and validate time and attendance (weekly time-sheets) prior to running payroll
  • Processing new starters and leavers
  • Manage Pension and HMRC reporting
  • Maintain staff files and records
  • Maintenance of relevant weekly, monthly, quarterly reports
  • Provide some basic accounts support

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Proficient with XERO
  • Hold or be working towards CIPP membership
